Because this is a big decision you only want to make once, an introductory meeting helps us determine if we are a good fit.   You will meet with a member of our Business Development Team who will delve into your current operations, goals, and concerns. 

 

We want to know what keeps you up at night! You will also learn about our history and philosophy, as well as the technology, systems, and procedures we use to achieve Total Property Performance.

PMA Review & Signature

The Property Management Agreement will be drafted outlining the services provided and associated costs for managing your facility.

 

Once you are comfortable with the language and terms, a DocuSign will be issued requesting your signature.

Checklist

Onboarding Process

Once the PMA has been signed, you will meet your StoragePRO Management team. You will be given a Transfer Checklist and questionnaire.

 

Our team will begin the behind-the-scenes preparations necessary to ensure a smooth transition to our management systems on the chosen date.

 

  • Operations will address all staffing and training needs. 

  • Human Resources will issue compliance signage, and ensure all employees have completed the necessary paperwork.

  • Accounting will set up your chart of accounts, budgets, and all banking needs.

  • Digital Marketing will perform a customized marketing audit and campaign.

  • Revenue Management will do a current market analysis and create a competitive pricing strategy.

Performance Optimization

Start experiencing Right Away Results® as our systems and procedures go to work. You will be given access to the owner’s portal where you can find reports including your store budget, and financial packages including monthly and quarterly reports.
