Founder & President
Steve Mirabito is the President of StoragePRO Management and has been involved in the self-storage industry since 1986. He has routinely been named a “Top 10 Operator” and has served as Chairman Emeritus California Self Storage Association. As one of the largest self-storage management operators, he pioneered management systems and training programs utilized throughout the self-storage industry. He has routinely been retained to prepare market and viability studies, along with extensive property research and site selection for developers and financial institutions. The author of several articles on Self Storage financing, management, and development, Mr. Mirabito has presented seminars on various Self Storage topics, including California lien sale procedures, successful telephone techniques, management trends, embezzlement prevention, site acquisitions and entitlement approvals. Steve built StoragePRO to manage properties the way he would manage his own. He pioneered the StoragePRO Way that is a detailed approach to retail, which is in his DNA, as his dad and grandfather owned grocery stores. In the early 90’s Steve saw the need for retail-oriented managers—not the traditional “caretaker” management couples. His intuition was right and clients who adapted this management approach recognized substantial revenue and occupancy growth. Today, this management concept is universally recognized as a best-practice approach.
Vice President, Finance
Paul brings experience in many facets of commercial real estate, including accounting, underwriting, debt financing, due diligence, acquisition, asset management and leasing. He has transacted on over $500M of commercial real estate transactions and is a California CPA.
Human Resources, Director
Francine has led effective HR teams and developed HR frameworks for organizations in manufacturing, education, public sector, the service industry, and engineering/construction. A knowledgeable, business-savvy resource, she brings balance and simplicity to HR processes that creates bottom-line competitive advantages.
Regional Sales Manager
Stefan is an experienced sales professional focussed on providing property management services to enhance asset value. With strong emphasis on return on your investment, he works closely with owners to develop a trusted, professional relationship.
Chief Operating Officer
Christina Rita is an accomplished, award-winning Operations Executive in the storage industry. She began as a District Manager with Public Storage and eventually became a Regional VP before joining StoragePRO Management in 2018. She is a recognized team leader with a strong commitment to revenue growth, effective operational strategies, and a culture of inclusive empowerment. She has overseen a remarkable 31% growth in the StoragePRO Management portfolio, with a 17% staff expansion and promotion of 15% of staff to new opportunities.
Vice President, Operations
David has decades of leadership experience with retailers such as Best Buy, Kmart, and Payless Shoe Source. He joined us as a District Manager in 2017, was promoted to Regional Director, then to his current role in 2022. He oversees all aspects of Operations, including staffing, financials, and ops team training and development.
Third Party Management, Director
Jennifer is a relationship builder who brings us diverse business experiences. She champions independent business owners in part because she is an entrepreneur herself, having built a successful food manufacturing business from scratch. She is adept at creating financial models for growth strategies.
Regional Sales Manager
Scott is a dynamic, driven professional with an exemplary record of providing vision, quality and leadership in operations and business development. Adept at creating processes that improve productivity, increase profitability and decrease costs, he brings all of his operational knowledge to the sales team.
